While listening to the falcon and the pod stumbled on these replies. Still pissed I paid for the boxset and never got the last vinyl and 7 inch. I talked about this with the merch guy of Chelsea Wolfe and apparently pendusound also screwed up them.
  • OTANO
so is there a place to get this digitally then if it doesn't exist in physical format?
  • Voodoozragore
Yes, I believe aTelecine has released all the albums digitally on their Bandcamp page.
  • SiIеnt
As of right now, no; I do not think the final album is available digitally. I believe TOOTOR and Der Baum Des Bosen were given digitally to those that ordered the box set.As of right now, I'm just trying to get my money back; I really don't care for the final release.

I regularly send Todd Pendu emails asking about the Boxset, but I have had no reply since Sept 2015 (when he promised it was set for delivery by Xmas 2015). If you want to email him too use these emails: [email protected] and [email protected] also used to write on his Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/todd.pendu , but it seems I am no longer allowed to. (Hmmm...)I have just taken kuma.chan's lead and wrote a post on the Zana Bayne Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/zanabayne/) - if he works for them, as he states on HIS Facebook page, then perhaps my message will come to his attention. My message, should it be deleted from there, said: "A message for Todd Pendu who owes me (and a lot of other people) money I am messaging you here as you deem it unnecessary to answer my emails. You know you owe me a lot of money, as you happily took it for pre-order on the aTelecine Omnibus LP Boxset (for 2 sets). Since you seem unable to deliver, I would like a full refund. Come on, Mr Pendu – do the right thing." Perhaps the rest of you could do similar? Let's NOT FORGET about this, people!!
  • Tisicai
I just posted a message on Zana Bayne's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zanabayne/?pnref=lhc who supposedly Todd Pendu works for. I don't plan to forget about this, particularly because Pendu seems to be a sexist asshole too.

Same here fom, Spain! I want that what I Paid!! :((

To clarify as the founding member of aTelecine the band has not broken up. Members have come and gone but the mission has always continued. The band delivered TOOTOR record and lobbied hard and was told there would be a vinyl release as well as a digital one , this didn't happen. And when the band made inquiries about a vinyl release and the subscription box set , no answer was given. We are currently finishing up two new E.P.'s , looking for a new label and booking a small tour for the spring.

Hey Ian. Well, unfortunately for us, a lot of people paid a considerable amount and never got this. So, this guy Todd seems to be leading a successful life after ripping off a lot of people. He does answer every e-mail I send every 6 months of so, but just yadda yadda. Maybe we should find a way of grouping up and roast this guy? After all, regardless of everything he did rip off a whole bunch of people...
  • Tiainar
Thanks for updating us Ian, we look forward to your new material, hopefully without any involvement from that crook Mr Pendu, though it seems he is busy taking rather pathetic arty photos of girls' asses to really care about all the people he ripped off anyway...

After emailing the original site ([email protected]) this evening, I just got his message from them:"It has been a long lapse in communication and a lot has happened. "To be honest, issues beyond our control started a chain of events that we have had to deal with along the way. aTelecine broke up before they delivered the final record to the label and then when it seemed we could release it, the record label went belly up due to a bad distribution deal that incurred heavy costs eating up our funds and forcing the closure. It has taken quite a while to recover but the record is finally coming out. The final record of the series will begin shipping no later than the first week of December and we are hoping even earlier. We will be in communication each step of the way. "
  • Steamy Ibis
Yeah, I heard that exact same speech from Todd more than a year ago. Let's all just face it. He took our money and ran.
  • Shak
"We will be in communication each step of the way." I'd consider this the first step. Email me too, Todd.
  • Moonshaper
Todd has a photography facebook page - click on his profile pic and you can leave him a nice message https://www.facebook.com/toddpenduphoto or he has a personal page to send a msg to https://www.facebook.com/todd.penduor both ?
  • Burirus
hum, fuck! i am french and same thing for me, i ordered the box set!!!
  • Rleillin
I would believe we (the 250-ish) people who ordered this boxset are never going to see a physical copy of this. Where do we go from here? We should track down as many of the buyers as possible and collectively bring this guy to the stake. Not being American or in the USA I have no clue what we can do, any thoughts?
  • Zamo
Wish we could at least get some genuine reason to believe Todd when he says it will be finished.
  • Lcena
Looks like the band is too busy threatening each other's lives and getting restraining orders to give a damn about this album. I guess it's all up to Todd Pendu. God help us.
  • Downloaded
Worried when I saw Pendu music site was closed. Mailed them this month (May 14), however, and got this response: "The final installment is still being released as promised. We've been working through some production problems, but it shouldn't be much longer. As soon as we receive the final installment, we will email you. Thanks." But I have been getting this sort of msg for over a year now... fingers crossed. C'mon Todd !!
  • Dyni
Frankly, it's just damned frustrating. The fact that the money was paid up front, and after almost 3 years the promised package still hasn't been delivered. I keep getting the same email, "production problems". How about simply press it up, deliver the box and the 7" as people paid for.
  • Paster
I've been contacting from time to time to get updates on this release as well, it's been almost 2 and a half years since I originally purchased the full boxset and patience eventually runs dry. All I have been getting for over a year is "production problems" as well. Sure, we have the digital copies for this and the 7" for over a year now? What production problems can delay something for so long?
  • Ustamya
Got the same mail over a year ago... Still waiting for the physical copy of it.
  • Ann
I think yet another example of a pre-order gone awry.
